Best of Wellington Award
Thank you - we won!
We were honoured to win Best Mechanic in the 2016 Best of Wellington awards run by The Breeze and Greater Wellington Regional Council - what a way to celebrate our 30th year of business!
The competition was strong - we were up against hundreds of other mechanics and auto care centres from Lyall Bay to Waikanae, and we won by over 800 votes!
This means so much to us because you, our customers, took real time and effort out of your busy lives to vote for us and tell your friends to vote for us. It confirms that the extra care we put into delivering a level of service beyond your expectations and putting our customers' needs before our profit margin is what matters to you.
You voted by text message, Facebook and the organisers even told us that although there was no phone voting, half a dozen people who didn't have Facebook or mobile phones took the trouble to call the station and vote. They also told us this did not happen for anyone else in the competition.
You told us loud and clear that you appreciate our personal touch and the trouble we go to to give you the best experience possible. Thank You!
